Just to be clear on the creating your own ribbon labels…. the ink won’t wash out but if the labels are heavily washed they will fade.
So after conversation with my mother, she mentioned she uses Colorfast Fabric Sheets for Ink Jet printers from June Tailor. It’s a fabric and a transfer paper all-in-one! The transfer sheets can be purchased at Wal-Mart.
There are few steps that you will need to do after it’s printed but the entire process should take less than 5 minutes. I haven’t tried it myself but have seen several samples. It definitely has a great quality but it is a bit on the pricey side at $9.99 for 3 sheets.
So there you go…. another option for creating you own labels.
